The Systematic Way to Keep and Access Records

You can effectively manage content. I help clients identify tools and

training to support their goals.

About Donna Molloy

Donna has master’s degrees in Library Science and Public Administration, as well as a Certificate in Adult Learning. She has supported a diverse group of clients to meet their goals, translating requirements into solutions to implement the ASBOA Model Guideline, a retention schedule developed for Alberta school districts/divisions.

This work involves customizing the guideline to the records holdings of a particular school division. The Model Guideline allows a school division to benchmark their recordkeeping against those of other Divisions.

Donna has worked on projects to:

  • Create customized records schedules for government clients including municipal governments.
  • Scan content and provide support for digitization projects.
  • Write policies and procedures to support quality management, information, and records management, and compliance.
  • Complete archival appraisal and assessment to support long-term preservation of records.
  • Provide classes on records management, organizational behaviour, and functional classification.
  • Deliver training on a variety of topics related to records management, retention schedules, email management, customer service topics, and employee orientation.
  • Facilitate needs assessment and strategic planning sessions.
  • Establish Information Governance.
  • Implement ASBOA Model Guideline for School Division clients.
